Travel Requirements

Current travel requirements for air arrivals as of Phase 6 -  UPDATED August 19, 2022:

CAYMAN ISLANDS:     Effective August 24, 2022, all travelers—vaccinated and unvaccinated—are permitted to enter without the need of any additional documents or health-related steps due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Travelers are NOT required to:

• Apply for a Travel Declaration or Travel Request via Travel Cayman
• Present a negative COVID-19 test
• Show proof of vaccination
• Wear masks

United States:   All air passengers are required to provide contact information to airlines before boarding flights to the United States. (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/international-travel-during-covid19.html#anchor_1634924936642)

Non-U.S. Citizen, Non-U.S. Immigrants

Proof of Vaccination: All non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrants traveling to the United States by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Only limited exceptions apply.

CANADA:    For all travellers entering by air, land or marine mode on or after October 1, 2022 (https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid):

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• COVID-19 pre-entry and arrival tests are not required
• Quarantine after you enter Canada is not required
• Using ArriveCAN is not required*

* if you’re flying into Toronto Pearson, Vancouver or Montréal-Trudeau international airports, you can still use ArriveCAN to complete your Advance CBSA Declaration to save time upon arrival

If needed, the nearest testing location to The Colonial Club is Total Health (https://www.totalhealth.ky/), located directly across West Bay Road in The Grand Pavilion Commercial Centre.

While the above is meant to provide a brief overview of the entry and exit requirements at this time, it is not exhaustive and should not be relied upon solely.  Please refer to guidance provided by Travel Cayman, the CDC (if US based) and your airline.

Please note that due or our limited number of rental units, you may be required to transfer to a larger hotel if instructed by Public Heath to quarantine beyond your scheduled departure date and beyond our ability to extend your stay.  Travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, the cost of quarantine, and change of flights is recommended.
